Blaster Attack
Modifications:
Added spreadshot powerup (2 tiers, resets on death) that enemies can drop on death
Added health pickup that enemies can drop on death
Updated UI with remaining lives, current health, and enemies killed / remaining (based on whether level is / isn't endless)
updated spawners to have an alien spaceship denote their location
added black hole hazard (absorbs player shots, kills player if they collide with it, immobile, invincible)
added icy planet hazard (reflects shots that hit it)
added pyramid turret hazard (shoots big shots in a set direction, immobile, invulnerable)
Added boss enemy (lots of health, additional guns, slowly follows player)
Added flicker effect to player on hit to make it clearer when they are invincible
created 3 levels (2 with enemy kill objectives to advance and 1 endless level)
made spawners speed up over time when there is no level objective
added text to instructions page
fixed bug that prevented the "Scroll" enemy movement mode from working properly
